Two coaches of note from our league, Ken Phelan and Pat Waters died in the Twin Towers and we ‘never forget’ their sacrifice.
This past year Tom Clarke, owner of Arby’s Metro and a supporter of the league for a decade, passed away and his initials were on the league uniforms. There were nearly 300 spectators throughout the night, with the largest crowd witnessing the 14 & under game.
